Who We Are

Radiant Pathways Counseling and Wellness is dedicated to meeting the mental health needs of all people, with a special focus on serving the often underserved LGBTQIA+ communities. Our clinicians have a special interest in meeting the, sometimes unique, mental health needs of this population. This also includes meeting needs that arise from the common intersections in identity, such as ability, race, culture, neuro-diversity, and more.

We are looking to add to our team of therapists and are seeking a clinician with shared professional interests and goals. Our company hires clinicians as employees (W2) only. This allows us to bring in active and collaborative team members, rather than clinicians who will be functionally disconnected from the team. This also allows Radiant Pathways to offer competitive benefits to all employees.

Radiant Pathways is a private group practice that operates virtually in Colorado, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Currently, there is no in-person office space, meaning that all providers work from home. However, this will not always be the case. As the practice continues to grow, we have the goal of opening an office in the Denver area, and hope that all employees will be able to join us in-office on a regular basis. Providers outside of the Denver area are still encouraged to apply. We value a great fit with out team and mission over proximity to a future office building.
