Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of principles related to child & adolescent development, treatment theory, therapeutic techniques and processes, including group counseling dynamics and techniques.
Ability to assess the needs of clients and client's families, and ongoing treatment progress
Ability to maintain self in adverse conditions or crises
Computer competency and familiarity with navigating software
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage paperwork and submit in a timely manner

Essential Functioning-Responsibilities
