These rates apply to those who do not have health insurance or choose not to use their health insurance benefits. For clients experiencing financial hardship, ask us about the possibility of an adjusted rate for services, based on need. Radiant Pathways does not charge additional fees to current clients who are seeking a letter of support for gender-affirming care. ​ For those interested in visiting Radiant Pathways for the sole purpose of getting a mental health letter of support for gender-affirming care, Radiant Pathways is able to accept any insurance that we are in-network with. ​ In order to make letters more financially accessible to those without insurance, who are underinsured, or whose insurance we do not accept, Radiant Pathways offers letters of support for gender-affirming care at a flat rate of $25.00 to anyone not utilizing insurance. This rate is not eligible for a Superbill for insurance reimbursement and Radiant Pathways will not submit an insurance claim for this amount. This service includes one assessment session, one letter of support, and maintenance of health records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Unfortunately, Radiant Pathways is unable to offer a sliding fee scale. This is primarily due to the contracts that allow us to bill insurance companies. While we cannot offer a sliding fee scale, Radiant Pathways does accept many commercial insurance plans and many Medicaid plans. If financial hardship will present a barrier to you being able to access mental health care, you are welcome to email us to discuss any options we may be aware of to assist you in accessing care. While Radiant Pathways does not solicit donations or participate in fundraising, we do allow people to make donations. Donations to Radiant Pathways are specifically used to help provide relief for people who may be uninsured, underinsured, or who are experiencing financial hardship that would otherwise become a barrier to seeking treatment.
