I’m Sarah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-In Training (LMFT-IT) with a deep passion for helping people navigate life’s complex relationships and emotional challenges. My path into therapy was shaped by both personal experience and a lifelong curiosity about human connection and resilience. I bring warmth, authenticity, and curiosity into the therapy room, and I believe healing happens through being truly seen, heard, and understood.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring old homes, learning about history and spirituality, and spending time with my dogs, who have changed the way I see the world. I also treasure my close-knit bond with my son, and value the depth and meaning of relationships in all forms.
My approach to therapy is relational, systemic, and trauma-informed. I work from a foundation of attachment theory, family systems, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), tailoring my approach to meet each client where they are. I often incorporate mindfulness, narrative therapy, and grief-informed practices to support healing and integration.
I specialize in working with couples and families navigating communication issues, disconnection, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals dealing with grief, identity shifts, and relational pain. My ideal clients are those willing to engage in deep, reflective work—even when it’s uncomfortable—because that’s where transformation begins.
In therapy, I hold space for clients to explore their stories with compassion and courage. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming environment for people of all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures.
